The epic story of man’s struggle against adversity in 19th century France. Jean Valjean, reformed thief, becomes an honest man, adoptive father to Cosette and mayor to a prosperous town but violates his parole in the process.  

Inspector Javert, relentlessly pursues Valjean making a decent life impossible.  

Valjean redeems himself in Javert’s eyes by saving the life of Marius, beloved of Cosette.

Originally adapted from Victor Hugo’s timeless novel, Les Miserables, introduces a grand and inspirational story touching the heart of millions. For within Les Miserables lies the universal truth “ To love another person is to see the face of God”.
